One of the most famous patios–that of Las Brisas–sits cliffside in north Laguna.
Known in regular times for its daily breakfast buffets, the restaurant tried switching to an a la carte menu a few years ago but switched back at the urging of the locals.
The buffet features create-your-own stations for omelets and waffles, but guests can also opt for lobster Benedict, French toast or a baked egg dish as well as fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits and avocado toast.

Las Brisas has halted brunch service while outdoor dining is closed, but will resume once the patio is allowed to reopen.
