TACO ‘BOUT KINDNESS

We know genuine hospitality and kindness go hand-in-hand and that is why we developed our Taco ‘Bout Kindness Program. At the core of our program is our commitment to continuously look for ways to care for the communities in which our restaurants operate. XRG leadership and community leaders continuously meet to seek out ways to show they care by serving thousands of meals annually to groups and individuals in their times of need and crisis.

THE KIND ACT

Additionally, we award The Kind Act of the Year to an employee that goes above and beyond to share kindness to our guests or other team members. Each month our leadership team reviews nominations and selects one kind act of the month. The Kind Act of the month receives a cash prize and is eligible to win The Kind Act of the Year award of $10,000.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

That is why we provide training to empower those team members that wish to grow in the organization the ability to receive the necessary development to continue to advance their careers.
