XRG leadership and community leaders continuously meet to seek out ways to show they care by serving thousands of meals annually to groups and individuals in their times of need and crisis.
THE KIND ACT
Additionally, we award The Kind Act of the Year to an employee that goes above and beyond to share kindness to our guests or other team members. Each month our leadership team reviews nominations and selects one kind act of the month. The Kind Act of the month receives a cash prize and is eligible to win The Kind Act of the Year award of $10,000.
